Cancellation and Refund Policy — Ask Paulette 20-Min Power Call
We keep this simple, and we keep it fair on both sides. Here’s how cancellations work.
- More than 48 hours before your scheduled call — full refund
If you cancel your Power Call more than 48 hours before your scheduled start time, you’ll receive a 100% refund of the $97 + GST you paid. No questions, no friction. Reply to your booking confirmation email or email support@freshhrinsights.com.au and we’ll process the refund within 5 business days.
- Between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled call — 50% refund
If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled start time, you’ll receive a 50% refund. The remaining 50% covers the preparation work we’ve already started on your file — reading your intake, reviewing any documents you uploaded, and blocking time in Paulette’s diary.
- Less than 24 hours before your scheduled call — no refund
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled start time, or you don’t show up to the call, the full $97 + GST is forfeited. By this point, we’ve completed the review and prep work, the slot is locked in, and we can’t realistically rebook it.
This is the same way most professional consultants run short-notice cancellations, and it’s the only way we can keep the Power Call priced at $97 in the first place.
- If something genuinely urgent comes up
We’re small business owners too. We get it. If a real emergency stops you from making the call — a hospital, a bereavement, something equally serious — reply to your booking email and tell us. We’ll move your slot once at no charge, no questions asked. This is a one-time courtesy and at our discretion.
- If we need to cancel or reschedule
If Paulette needs to reschedule for any reason, we’ll offer you the next available slot or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method.
