The fine print

• One question per call. If your situation needs more than 20 minutes, we’ll tell you on the call and recommend the next step (usually the HR Health Check at $297 or a Fixed-Fee Sprint at $495).
• Booking required within 30 days of purchase. Full refund if you can’t be slotted in within that window.
• The $97 credit code applies to the first month of any monthly support package (Lite, Booster, or Premium) if you upgrade within 14 days of your call.
